Webinars Provide Cost-Effective Presentations
A webinar combines the clarity of an audio teleconference with the interactivity and visual presentation of the internet. A webinar offers you the convenience of attending a training session in your own facility. You pay by the location, not by the person.
All you need to participate is a phone connection and an internet connection. Dont have an internet connection? You can still participate in only the audio session!
The session allows attendees to ask questions, participate in live surveys, and see the slides as the seminar leader presents the material.
Can't attend at the scheduled time? No problem, purchase the recorded version and you receive unlimited playback of the original session (combined audio & visual with your internet connection) for six months, an audio cd (listen to the session without an internet connection), plus all the original printed handouts.
TTS enhances the webinar! We've adopted lots of features that simplify the process of connecting to the webinar while extending it's capabilities.
Some Common Questions About Webinars
Is there a limit on the number of participants per location? There is no limit, however only one audio and web connection is allowed per registrant. A speaker phone can be used.
Can I connect from each branch or does everyone have to be at the same location? The fee is per location. If you would like to connect from additional locations, the fee would be $255 for the first location and $150 for each additional location.
Will the programs be recorded and be available for purchase? The programs will be recorded in audio and web format. They will be available for purchase for $255 or for an additional $120 if you attend the live session.
How does the recording work and how long is it available? If you purchase a recorded session, you have two options for viewing the program. First, you will receive a web address. By clicking on this address, the program will come up as a self-running program on your computer complete with audio. You also receive an audio cd of the program with printed handouts and you may choose to view the program in this way. You will have unlimited access to the web recording for six months following the date of the program.
What features does web conferencing add? Participants will be able to see the presenter's slides. Some presenters will choose to annotate the slides while speaking. Polling questions may be asked with immediate feedback to the attendees. Attendees have the ability to click an icon if they have a question to alert the presenter. Presenters also have the ability to demonstrate software applications or go on a web tour if applicable.
How can all participants see one computer screen? Most financial institutions will choose to project the computer image on to a larger screen.
Are programs ever cancelled? It is possible that a program could be cancelled for various reasons. If this does happen, an attempt will be made to reschedule the program and you will be notified of the new date.
What technology provider do you use? We are currently using GoToWebinar which is one of the top conferencing providers. They have received great reviews on their product and technical support. 99% of our participants report that they had no problem accessing the webinars.
What if I have some program suggestions? We are always looking for new topics or recommended speakers. Please call or email with any suggestions.
