    Skip Willcox, AMP, CMB has spent over 20 years in the mortgage and banking industries. He is recognized as a thought leader and business development expert throughout the country. Through experience, networking, extensive industry involvement, as well as a “back to basics” approach, Skip has leveraged his time at top sales positions in mortgage and banking to help others grow.


    Skip is a life-long Georgian, currently residing in Dublin, Georgia. Skip attended The University of Georgia, graduating with degrees in Economics and Political Science. Throughout his career, he has directly helped hundreds of people achieve the dream of homeownership through mortgage origination and partnering with financial institutions.


    Known for his direct and straight forward, yet humorous style, Skip started coaching and training clients several years ago. Now, as CEO of Kairos Sales Group, he specializes in growing business in the mortgage, banking, real estate and related fields to help professionals close more, do more and be more. Additionally, Skip is the host of The Big Skip Energy Podcast and started a new show called Ain’t My First Mortgage Podcast which brings on the most relevant and impactful mortgage thought leaders to share their knowledge.
