Years of writing, editing, and producing his own material allow him to connect, no matter the audience. Vince has taken these skills and applied them to the business world where has also spent 18+ years leading and training a variety of different sized teams across the country. Ranging from Customer Service and Account Management, to Retention and Inside Sales, Vince's experience allows him to empathize with the learner and create a stickiness in the learning.
